Service Selection: Choose your desired service from the available options. 2. Add-Ons: For additional services such as French tips, nail art, glitter, etc., please navigate to the “Add-Ons” section and select your preferences. 3. Availability: Available times and dates are reflected in the booking system. For same-day or next-day bookings, if the system shows no availability, kindly contact us directly to verify potential openings. 4. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost. 5. Payment of Balance: The remaining balance is payable in cash only at the time of service. Please ensure you bring the exact amount or additional funds if you wish to leave a gratuity, as we do not provide change. 6. Contact Information: Accurately provide your contact number for essential communication regarding your appointment. Terms & Conditions : . Location: Our is based salon is in Stone Mountain, GA. The exact address will be provided a day before your appointment. We request you to text upon your arrival rather than arriving unannounced. .Guest Policy: Only individuals receiving services are permitted on the premises. .Service Consistency: Please refrain from requesting services not previously booked, as this disrupts our schedule and cannot be accommodated. .Design Requests: For specific nail designs, please consult with us before booking to confirm the price and feasibility. .Appointment Duration: Select your appointment time considering the duration requirement for your chosen service, as we do not compromise on the quality by rushing our work. .Existing Work: We do work over other peoples work please message us a picture of your nails to see if yours are feasible.We do not remove nails done by other technicians. .Preparation: Arrive with bare nails for nail services meaning no acrylic or polish and clean feet for toe services. Failure to comply will result in cancellation. .Feedback: Any concerns or requests for modifications must be communicated during your appointment. We are unable to offer corrections after you have left. .Nail Condition: We reserve the right to decline service for nails that are excessively bitten, damaged, or have very short beds. Please consult us in advance if you have concerns. Late Policy: .Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond this, a $15 late fee applies. .Cancellation: Appointments are automatically cancelled if you are not present within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, necessitating rescheduling. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the day of your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid the fee.
If you communicate with me in advance and choose to reschedule you have 2 days to rebook your appointment if not you automatically forfeit your deposit.
